iPhone app doesn

1) App says it will only charge you once for using the iPhone and the desktop app. On the contrary, I got charged for each:
"In order to have your memory book on multiple devices like your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, download the app on each one of them - you will be charged only once, no matter how many devices your [sic] use." ***NOT TRUE***

2) iPhone app doesnt work. At all. Wont start.

3) No customer support. Web site is a placeholder, the email address posted there (which is the only thing posted there) may not be monitored. Havent gotten a response from it.

4) Trying to get my money back from Apple.

Apple….why wasnt this app vetted better?
